Cool It!
Headaches: apply Cool it! sparingly along hairline, back of neck, and behind ears. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend to first apply Surrender, then layer with Cool it!
Pain | Tension: apply Surrender to areas of tension such as the jaw, temples and neck; works well in combination with hot and cold therapy. For added relief and to protect sensitive skin, try layering the Cool it! on top (avoid hot/cold therapy when using Cool it!).
Muscle Inflammation | Cramps | Spasms: Apply Cool it! to acute areas of inflamed, overexerted, or pulled muscles. Apply Surrender to cramped or spasming muscles. For added relief and to protect sensitive skin, try layering the Cool it! on top of the Surrender.
Arthritis | Carpal Tunnel: apply Surrender to hands, fingers, or any affected joints. Gently massage in as desired. Works well in combination with hot and cold therapy.
Safety Note: If pregnant, breastfeeding, or diagnosed with high blood pressure or heart condition, the Cool it blend is not the best choice for you.
